Multi Power2, Riello UPS’s next generation of modular uninterruptible power supplies, earns recognition in not one but two categories of the prestigious ‘Excellence Awards’ hosted in partnership by the influential Electrical Review and Data Centre Review magazines.

The Awards aim to “celebrate excellence, best practice, innovations, and technical developments across the electrical and data centre industries”.

And there’s little doubt that our Multi Power2 is pushing UPS innovation and technology to new heights, delivering Smart, Scalable, Sustainable power to data centres and other mission-critical applications.

Thanks to its extremely high-density 67 kW power modules, Multi Power2 offers market-leading efficiency of up to 98.1% in double conversion online mode. Its Smart Modular Architecture ensures risk-free ‘pay as you grow’ scalability, while its robust design and hot-swappable modules/components combine a high MTBF with a low MTTR of less than 30 minutes for ease of maintenance.

All in all, the UPS helps optimise initial investment and maximise operators’ Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), so it comes as no surprise that the range has been shortlisted for both the ‘Electrical Review UPS Product of the Year’ and ‘Data Centre Review Power Product of the Year’ categories.

We’ll be attending the gala prizegiving ceremony at the picturesque Christ Church, Spitalfields in London on Thursday 16 May with high hopes of picking up a prize or two.

Hopefully we’ll see a repeat of our triumph in 2022, when the original Multi Power range won the ‘Power Product of the Year’ award following the successful expansion with 15-25 kW power modules and compact MPX cabinet.
