THE ROLE
Job Title – Finance Manager
Salary – Dependent on experience
You will be responsible for the financial health of the company. Producing financial reports to the business and ensuring the stability of sales ledger accounts.
You should have a confident but measured approach and be capable of guiding the senior team in making sound business decisions in the long and short term. Our business is results-driven, so you must relish meeting – and exceeding – challenging targets and KPIs.
The main duties of the role include:
- Manage daily accounts, customer invoicing, supplier delivery notes and other daily accounting tasks
- Management of sales ledger accounts, including opening new accounts and monitoring and reporting on credit limits
- Co-ordinate the Month End process to provide the business with robust performance figures
- Co-ordinate the Year End process alongside external audit partners to facilitate prompt approval and signing of year end accounts
- Monthly Payroll
- Cash flow management
